Sometimes the best answer may be to find a job that is essentially without deadlines( nearly impossible), or one where you can work on your own schedule as a freelance worker. A growing number of people are temps on a full time basis. Some temporary agencies even have health care now. The advantage is that your jobs are varied and if you don’t  fit into the corporate structure, you can move on.

Some people have decided that working to own too many things is occupying too much of their lives. Everything you own requires time for purchasing or maintaining. Maybe you have allowed your stuff own you instead of you owning your stuff. If that’s the case, then downsizing might be the solution for you.

Operating a small buiness doest not mean that you are providing the assurance of an income, unlike getting employment which offers fixed monthly salaries. Complete independence in making decisions exposes the small business operator to the consequences of errors of judgment which in some cases could wipe out his investment. The high rate of small business failures proves the point.

As the small business operator assembles the needed resources, starts actual production, and makes moves to attract the customers, income and profit wait for their turn to be realized, if they will ever happen at all. Until then, the owner is faced with a lower quality of life.

The owner operator will take full responsibility for whatever happens to the business, If the business is sued for selling unsafe products for instancem then he suffers and carries whatever burden or penalty is imposed by authorities. He cannot pass the blame to anybody else.

Even small business operator has freedom in his actions, he is not completely free. He cannot choose his customers. Even if he dislikes a particular customer, he cannot just him away or even ignore him. He is bound to give his customer satisfactory service even if they are rude. Still customer is always right.

You must, then, study in order to earn an education. But merely studying as an ordinary student is no longer good enough. Standards of education keep going up everywhere in the world and you have to cope, we all have to cope. More and more requirements are being made; new information modified, new questions reaised and new answers made to old questions. Every day, something new happens. It is said that the worlds development rate is one invention or discovery every minute ot two, and it is bound to go faster. The unprecedented knowledge explosion in the world continues to bloat and everyone must paddle on his own to catch up with the requirements of globalization. You, in your small corner, with your simple motivation must paddle and paddle well. Development will never go back or wait for you just because you have certain inabilities, shortages or personal problems. Formal and optimum learning is no longer a privilege. It is a basic, a given in this ever changing, highly competitive world.

And you are making only the first steps. Your knowledge can never be complete in this world. you will always need to leqrn something new as you go on living. You, like everyone else, are in every sense- always a student.

Small business may involve in different strategic situations like when entering a new business, if when will be the business is already in operation for sometime, and if the business is prepared for competing with big companies. Business planning is needed to be very wise for be successful.
